The microwave was broken and they didn’t replaced it for a month, after repeated maintenance requests were placed. They never, ever answer the phone for residents. My car was hit and totaled in their parking lot, and when I purchased a new vehicle, they once again refused to do their job and issue me a new parking permit. I have called them every hour on the hour to schedule an appointment to get a permit, and have not once gotten an answer.

The situation of my street, Sheffield is so bad that mice have gotten into dry walks and heat vents and at night you can hear mice crawling and scratching. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues, though, which is nice and the people that work here are all really kind. I have only been living at the Mark Center for a MONTH and I am already experiencing problems. My first week I received a warm welcome from roaches, weird centipedes, and spiders.

Are you looking for a rat infested den with poor management??? The management team has little to no regards for your well being. This is an apartment where no body cares about you. We have spent the last one year fighting but not getting any service done. We are out of there but please check with current tenants before signing a lease.

Consumers want more space…an in-law suite gives them that and more. I got this room because I work in the area and my daughters wanted to swim. I get to the hotel amd the receptionist was nice and people were in the pool.

By the time we get dressed and head to pool they closed it stating a baby pooped. She said that she contacted maint and the issue would be fixed shortly which That was not the case .. Well later that afternoon i went down and asked for more towels and tags in which I was told there are not any ready .. I spent over 200 dollars for 1 night for this room and can’t nothing be accommodated for my stay .. I regret coming here because my kids was sad about to pool.
