Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves with the exception of our heavy footed neighbors above us that seem to play basketball at odd times of the day. Amenities are great, pool, rec center nearby, stores are conveniently closeby and the shuttle is great that takes us to the metro Mon-Fri. Moving in was very easy and the office has been very helpful! We have had a few maintenance issues but they have been fixed quickly so far.

Also, I experienced maintenance workers that enter in my apartment when they please. You did not enter my apartment like that, you need to show some respect for the residents that live here. Management has been playing games regarding “lack of payment” when I have proof of payment. I do not wish to be harassed over the phone while at work.

Please think twice before moving here as you will regret it. This apartment complex is the worst complex I have ever lived at. I have been here for 7 months and have had multiple problems! The office is unorganized and understaffed, the apartments are infested with rats and roaches, and the community itself is not kept clean at all.
The situation of my street, Sheffield is so bad that mice have gotten into dry walks and heat vents and at night you can hear mice crawling and scratching. Management need to do something soon otherwise the area will be unlivable. Living amenities are good in lynbrook apartments. They only answer the phone if they think you are a potential new tenant. So now I, as a paying resident have to park my car on the busy side street in order to avoid being towed. Which is another issue, they have zero parking available. Do not plan to go out for the night, because by 7pm there is no parking. This place is terrible, and no one should ever subject themselves to the horrible management that this place offers. Oh, and one last thing, these buildings flood regularly.
