Also, I experienced maintenance workers that enter in my apartment when they please. You did not enter my apartment like that, you need to show some respect for the residents that live here. Management has been playing games regarding “lack of payment” when I have proof of payment. I do not wish to be harassed over the phone while at work.

Mice issues, maintenance takes weeks, horrible management, No parcking either in the streets or inside the complexes. Let's face it, the real draw of these apartments is how affordable they are. For the DC area, inside the beltway, an apartment this cheap in a relatively safe area is rare. You just have to realize there are sacrifices for the value.

The cherry on top is definitely the staff as they are always alert to one's needs. First of all their staff is terrible and irresponsible!

Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves with the exception of our heavy footed neighbors above us that seem to play basketball at odd times of the day. Amenities are great, pool, rec center nearby, stores are conveniently closeby and the shuttle is great that takes us to the metro Mon-Fri. Moving in was very easy and the office has been very helpful! We have had a few maintenance issues but they have been fixed quickly so far.

Noise is an issue as you can hear almost everything that goes on in neighbors apartments. However, places that don't have these issues are quite a bit more expensive. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues, though, which is nice and the people that work here are all really kind. I have only been living at the Mark Center for a MONTH and I am already experiencing problems. My first week I received a warm welcome from roaches, weird centipedes, and spiders.

Are you looking for a rat infested den with poor management??? The management team has little to no regards for your well being. This is an apartment where no body cares about you. We have spent the last one year fighting but not getting any service done. We are out of there but please check with current tenants before signing a lease.

I put in maintenance request for pest control, but ultimately I had to deal with the problem myself. The microwave was broken and they didn’t replaced it for a month, after repeated maintenance requests were placed. They never, ever answer the phone for residents. My car was hit and totaled in their parking lot, and when I purchased a new vehicle, they once again refused to do their job and issue me a new parking permit. I have called them every hour on the hour to schedule an appointment to get a permit, and have not once gotten an answer.
