The unit was scheduled for delivery to my residential address. So been waiting for weeks already to get it, and then saw issues with the tracking number. We’ve were screwed with any other order being cancelled after weeks of waiting. NSD online tracking number says my package was delivered.
They were to have been delivered May 23rd. We ordered all in stock cabinets. We did not receive the entire order on May 23rd. I was told the rest would be delivered on the next day May 24th.
Customer service - scheduling a pickup for a return

I am a working individual, and I cannot keep calling just to be holding to schedule a return. Again, this package was not delivered to us at 7474 Willow Bottom Rd, Sykesville MD. NSD provides customized home delivery and reverse logistics programs using our advanced technology platforms.
I am still missing two cabinets from my order. The shipping company has not received the cabinets from Home Depot. Home Depot won’t tell me where the cabinets are or a tracking number or when I can more or less expect them. I have been calling 8 times and everyone has a different story to tell me. The installers are not going to wait around for me not knowing when these cabinets are coming in.
